This page explains what happens to the details you send Betonply when you ask about film-faced, formwork or anti-slip plywood.
What reaches us
When you email the export desk we receive what you choose to write: usually your name, company, email address, destination port, the panels you need and the quantities. Please leave out bank details, passwords and anything else a plywood quotation does not need.
Why we use it
Only to answer you: to clarify the build, prepare a quotation, send samples, arrange a mill visit and, if you order, run that order. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent contact details.
Who handles it
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, and email is handled by our email provider. They process your details only as far as hosting the site and delivering the messages requires. Nothing you send is published here.
This page does not use advertising trackers or a newsletter sign-up.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails while the conversation and any resulting order continue, and for as long as accounting or shipping records must be kept. After that they can be deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and mention the enquiry so we can find it quickly.
